Spragg's Meat Shop works with a local family ranch in Rosemary, Saddleridge Farms to provide beef that is raised without added hormones and supports local small scale production. All of the beef is aged and processed at Spragg's Meat Shop and goes through the same provincial inspection at slaughter that our pork does. Beef is sold fresh at  Market on Macleod, and frozen through the meat shop, from the website, and in the Brooks Farmer's Market.  A standard list of the products that we can cut for you include....
